Because our products are heavy-duty machinery, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for every client. Consequently, we encourage all customers to review these terms before completing a purchase.

Returns and Eligibility Criteria

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts for a specific duration from the date of delivery. If the specified period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Furthermore, to be eligible for a return, your equipment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original industrial packaging. In addition, certain types of customized material handling equipment are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-fabricated pallet trucks or stackers.

• Equipment damaged due to improper site installation.

• Downloadable software or digital manuals.

The Refund Process and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Subsequently, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our Refund and Returns Policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Moreover, please allow for standard banking processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Shipping and Equipment Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad. Under our Refund and Returns Policy, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As a result, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

Furthermore, if you are shipping heavy industrial equipment, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
